「くじらノート」の運営者（以下「運営者」）は、動画投稿ツール（以下「本ツール」）およびその他の提供サービスにおいて、以下の方針に基づき情報を取り扱います。

第1条（本ツールの性質）

本ツールは、TikTokアカウントをお持ちの方が、ご自身の動画をTikTokへ投稿するための無償のWebツールです。ご利用にはTikTokアカウントでのログイン（OAuth認証）が必要です。

第2条（取得する情報）

情報の種類	取得方法・用途・保管期間
TikTokのopen_id・アクセストークン・リフレッシュトークン	TikTok公式のOAuth認証を通じて取得し、ご利用者ご自身のアカウントへの投稿処理にのみ利用します。運営者が管理するサーバー上のデータベースに、連携解除またはご利用者による削除操作があるまで保管します。
TikTokの表示名・ユーザー名・アバター画像URL	投稿画面でログイン中のアカウントを確認いただくために、投稿のたびにTikTok APIから取得して画面に表示します。運営者側で別途保存はしません。
アップロードされた動画ファイル	投稿処理のためにサーバーで一時的に処理し、TikTokへのアップロード完了後は保持しません。
セッションCookie	ログイン状態を保持するために発行します。ご利用者の識別以外の目的（広告配信・行動追跡等）には使用しません。

第3条（利用する外部サービス）

本ツールおよび「くじらノート」ブランドのコンテンツ生成・投稿処理のために、以下の外部サービスと連携します。連携先各社の定めるプライバシーポリシーが別途適用されます。

• TikTok（Content Posting API） — 本ツールでの動画投稿処理
• Google（Gemini API） — 背景画像・楽曲の生成（「くじらノート」ブランド投稿用）
• OpenAI（API） — 画像生成・音声合成（「くじらノート」ブランド投稿用）
• ElevenLabs（API） — 音声合成（利用する場合、「くじらノート」ブランド投稿用）
• Meta（Instagram Graph API） — Instagramへの投稿（「くじらノート」ブランド投稿用）

第4条（第三者提供）

運営者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を前条に定める連携先以外の第三者に提供することはありません。

第5条（保管・管理）

アクセストークン等の認証情報は、運営者が管理するサーバー上のデータベースに安全に保管し、権限を最小限に絞った上で運用します。第三者がアクセスできない体制を維持します。

第6条（データの削除・連携解除）

ご利用者は、本ツール内の「連携を解除する」機能により、いつでも保存されているご自身のトークン情報を即時に削除できます。あわせて、TikTokアプリ側の「連携しているアプリ・サービス」の管理画面から本ツールとの連携を取り消すことでも、以後のアクセスは無効化されます。データの削除に関するお問い合わせは、下記の連絡先までご連絡いただくことでも対応します。

第7条（Cookie等の使用）

本ツールは、ログイン状態を保持するためのセッションCookieを使用します。広告配信や行動追跡を目的としたCookie・トラッキング技術は使用しません。「くじらノート」ブランドの一般公開ページ（本ページを含む）についても同様です。

第8条（本ポリシーの変更）

運営者は、必要と判断した場合、本ポリシーの内容を変更できるものとします。変更後の内容は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

Privacy Policy

The operator of "Kujira Note" (the "Operator") handles information in the video posting tool (the "Tool") and other services provided by the Operator in accordance with the following policy.

Article 1 (Nature of the Tool)

The Tool is a free web tool that lets a person with a TikTok account post their own video to TikTok. Use of the Tool requires logging in with a TikTok account (OAuth authentication).

Article 2 (Information Collected)

Type of information	How it is obtained, its purpose, and retention period
TikTok open_id, access token, and refresh token	Obtained via TikTok's official OAuth authentication and used only to process posts to the User's own account. Stored in a database on a server managed by the Operator until the User disconnects or requests deletion.
TikTok display name, username, and avatar image URL	Retrieved from the TikTok API and shown on screen each time you post, so you can confirm which account is logged in. Not separately stored by the Operator.
Uploaded video files	Processed temporarily on the server for the purpose of posting, and not retained once the upload to TikTok is complete.
Session cookies	Issued to maintain your login state. Not used for any purpose other than identifying the User, such as advertising or behavioral tracking.

Article 3 (External Services Used)

For the Tool and for content generation/posting under the "Kujira Note" brand, the Operator connects to the following external services. Each provider's own privacy policy applies separately.

• TikTok (Content Posting API) — for processing video posts made through the Tool
• Google (Gemini API) — for generating background images and music (for "Kujira Note" brand posts)
• OpenAI (API) — for image generation and speech synthesis (for "Kujira Note" brand posts)
• ElevenLabs (API) — for speech synthesis, when used (for "Kujira Note" brand posts)
• Meta (Instagram Graph API) — for posting to Instagram (for "Kujira Note" brand posts)

Article 4 (Disclosure to Third Parties)

Except where required by law, the Operator does not disclose collected information to any third party other than the service providers listed in the preceding article.

Article 5 (Storage and Management)

Authentication information such as access tokens is securely stored in a database on a server managed by the Operator, operated with minimal necessary access privileges. The Operator maintains a system in which no third party can access this data.

Article 6 (Data Deletion / Disconnection)

Users can instantly delete their own saved token information at any time using the "Disconnect" feature within the Tool. Revoking the Tool's access from TikTok's own "Manage apps and devices" settings also invalidates future access. Inquiries regarding data deletion may also be directed to the contact address below.

Article 7 (Use of Cookies, etc.)

The Tool uses session cookies to maintain login state. It does not use cookies or tracking technologies for advertising or behavioral tracking purposes. The same applies to the "Kujira Note" brand's public pages, including this page.

Article 8 (Changes to This Policy)

The Operator may change the content of this Policy when deemed necessary. Changes take effect from the time they are posted on this page.
